A great tool for researchers I am so grateful that SurveyCircle exists. I didn't want to rely on friends and social media for participants and SurveyCircle is awesome. It's easy to post a survey, easy to use and easy to earn points to raise your own survey. The added benefit is that completing other surveys is a great way of learning how to (or not to) put together a good survey experience.

Super practical platform for surveys! SurveyCircle enabled me to reach the number of participants I needed for my survey. It is very easy to use and helpful. What particularly impressed me was the support! I was able to reach someone on the phone every time and all my questions were answered in detail and very helpfully. You can really tell that there are people behind it who put their heart into working on this platform for the students. Always happy to come back!

Great platform for collecting data and also great support at all times! I got the majority of my data (n=178) in two weeks using SurveyCircle by being ranked under the top 20 and the survey was 10-12 minutes. I think it is probably harder to get participants with surveys that take more time to finish. It was also helpful to participate in other surveys to get "inspiration" for my own survey. I can recommend to get family and friends to support in order to get more points. I think as some participants only want to collect a lot of points in a short time, the data quality should be tested (eg with test question).

SurveyCircle is a fantastic tool for students and researchers looking to gather survey respondents without relying on a large personal network or expensive panels. While the website might seem a bit outdated and text-heavy at first glance, it’s easy to use and serves its purpose well. You might notice that longer or denser questionnaires don’t always perform as well. Since many users are trying to earn points quickly, shorter and more engaging surveys tend to get better results. But that’s something you can work around with good design. Once you’ve earned enough points, the process becomes much more efficient and less time-consuming than trying to recruit through Facebook groups or other manual methods. Best of all, the team behind SurveyCircle is incredibly supportive, and responsive. I used this platform for my master's thesis and can highly recommend it. The principle of how to attract participants while supporting other researchers is fair and easy to understand. In addition, the website is very user-friendly and any questions are answered quickly and accurately by the support team.
