So grateful for SurveyCircle! I could never have collected so many survey responses without SurveyCircle. Nearly all responses were thoughtful and thorough, with less than 10 (out of 200) deemed invalid due to careless responding. And SurveyCircle readily reimbursed me for those duds! Additionally, customer service was professional, friendly, and fast.

Great platform for collecting data and also great support at all times! I got the majority of my data (n=178) in two weeks using SurveyCircle by being ranked under the top 20 and the survey was 10-12 minutes. I think it is probably harder to get participants with surveys that take more time to finish. It was also helpful to participate in other surveys to get "inspiration" for my own survey. I can recommend to get family and friends to support in order to get more points. I think as some participants only want to collect a lot of points in a short time, the data quality should be tested (eg with test question).

SurveyCircle has been a life saver for me. I am glad I stumbled upon it. I had been sending out emails to various different groups on LinkedIn and Facebook on my own for 2 months. Absolutely no one responded. Of course there are so many scams out there, I can’t blame them. Once I joined SurveyCircle and participated by taking others’ that I was qualified for, I FINALLY started getting participation. As you participate in surveys, your own starts moving in the rankings. it is so exciting and exhilarating. As you move up in the rankings, you get the opportunity to have your survey posted officially on Facebook and Twitter and Instagram and LinkedIn…and all those social networking sites, many of which I never thought about joining. I don’t want to date myself, but……SurveyCircle is da bomb!! JLH

The more surveys you fill in, the more points you get, hence when you post your own survey you will rank higher and will be more visible while others get more points too filling in yours. We used it for our startup market research and it has been very useful, we even upgraded once we reached the 100 response limit. Customer service is excellent too!

Time consuming, but absolutely worth it Okay, it takes hours and days to collect enough points to get to the top of the rankings. But I learned a lot about how other students design surveys and I would say that I was able to improve my own surveys considerably. And I also gained interesting insights into other topics and research. I got enough participants for my own two surveys that I would definitely use it again. For me, the most transparent and fair platform for sharing surveys. And great support when I had questions. Thanks SurveyCircle!

Safety measures are also set in place to ensure quality responses. Highly recommended. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that direct emails tend to take a while to get a response, however contact through the website itself is fast.

SurveyCircle is an excellent tool that's easy to use. I wanted to top up my participant numbers and I got good quality responses and a larger number of responses than I expected. I've enjoyed completing other people's surveys and contributing to research through mutual support. I have struggled before finding enough participants for surveys that I needed to do for University projects. The concept that SurveyCircle relies on is a great one - now, for my master's thesis I found: - 180 participants - who've passed all attention checks (mostly only motivated & honest participants on the platform) - in 3 weeks - with a super friendly support team that also helps you along the way (you get extra slots, if you can't use some data, because of participants who didn't pass the attention checks).
