SurveyCircle has been a massive help during my research. The point based system ensures fair participation and offers a large number of participants if you are willing to put in the work. Safety measures are also set in place to ensure quality responses. Highly recommended. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that direct emails tend to take a while to get a response, however contact through the website itself is fast.

Great experience advertising my survey on this platform. I managed to recruit 100 participants quite easily, you just need to take a lot of surveys to climb up in the ranking. And I liked the fact you could actually choose which surveys to take part in. One thing that could be improved for data integrity would be to only show users surveys they are actually eligible for, maybe by using a pre-screener, but still great concept. Also, customer service is absolutely superb! Thank you!

A great tool for researchers I am so grateful that SurveyCircle exists. I didn't want to rely on friends and social media for participants and SurveyCircle is awesome. It's easy to post a survey, easy to use and easy to earn points to raise your own survey. The added benefit is that completing other surveys is a great way of learning how to (or not to) put together a good survey experience.

SurveyCircle is a great way to get much needed participants for your surveys. I had a great experience using it. It operates on a reciprocal model at the moment - you do other people's surveys to get points and vice versa. Those points can move your survey up (so more people see it and people get more points doing your survey). Super easy to use interface. Great customer support. Definitely recommend - especially for students!

It takes some time until you get your first responses but in case you get high enough in the surveyranking (by taking other surveys) it’s a big big help! I reached 100 respondents in 3 Weeks. I can highly recommend this Platform!

Overall, I had a really good experience and found SurveyCircle very helpful. Some things to be aware of if you're thinking about using it: (1) there are things you can do that will have a significant impact on how many survey responses you get (e.g. some of the biggest ones are that you do need to take a lot of other people's surveys and get a lot of points before you start getting a lot of responses coming in, and also if your survey's too long, it's likely to get less responses); and (2) you will get some responses where people clearly answered very hastily and didn't fill it out properly (e.g. straight-lining scales in your survey), so you should probably have clear-cut criteria ready to use to exclude certain survey responses for when people have clearly just sped through it without answering it properly, which would screw up the validity of your study if you have enough of those responses in there. So what I would say is that if you're aware of some of the limitations and challenges of SurveyCircle and willing to navigate those, it is worth using for many types of survey and can be a very useful tool. Just go in with your eyes wide open and try to use a strategy to get the most out of it. Also, please, please, please, when you're answering other people's surveys to get points so your survey can get more responses, take the time to do it properly. DON'T just rush through it and not answer properly. Answer it how you'd want people to answer yours. I was saddened by how common it is for people to just rush through the survey in like 2 minutes and not even answer things properly (e.g. straight-lining and stuff like that).
