SurveyCircle is a great way to get much needed participants for your surveys. I had a great experience using it. It operates on a reciprocal model at the moment - you do other people's surveys to get points and vice versa. Those points can move your survey up (so more people see it and people get more points doing your survey). Super easy to use interface. Great customer support. Definitely recommend - especially for students!

SurveyCircle is a fantastic tool for students and researchers looking to gather survey respondents without relying on a large personal network or expensive panels. While the website might seem a bit outdated and text-heavy at first glance, it’s easy to use and serves its purpose well. You might notice that longer or denser questionnaires don’t always perform as well. Since many users are trying to earn points quickly, shorter and more engaging surveys tend to get better results. But that’s something you can work around with good design. Once you’ve earned enough points, the process becomes much more efficient and less time-consuming than trying to recruit through Facebook groups or other manual methods. A great tool for researchers I am so grateful that SurveyCircle exists. I didn't want to rely on friends and social media for participants and SurveyCircle is awesome. It's easy to post a survey, easy to use and easy to earn points to raise your own survey. The added benefit is that completing other surveys is a great way of learning how to (or not to) put together a good survey experience.

250 praticipants - took the stress out of recruitment. SurveyCircle is very practical, especially because I was able to spread the recruitment effort over a longer period of time, as I had already collected points over several weeks in advance. This took a lot of stress off me during the actual survey phase, as recruitment via SurveyCircle ran more or less in parallel and I didn't have to spend any additional time on it. In total, I recruited 250 people via SurveyCircle and recruited around 250 people elsewhere at the same time. This brought me to around 500 people within 12 days. I would not have been able to achieve this in such a short period of time otherwise. The SurveyCircle team was also easy to reach if I had any questions and always provided friendly support. My only minor criticism is that the estimated processing times for the studies were often too long, at least for me. Since I finished faster than expected, I received several warnings. However, I don't know how this could be avoided. After all, pointless clicking should be avoided. In my case, I had no choice but to work through the studies much more slowly in order to collect the points.

Time consuming, but absolutely worth it Okay, it takes hours and days to collect enough points to get to the top of the rankings. But I learned a lot about how other students design surveys and I would say that I was able to improve my own surveys considerably. And I also gained interesting insights into other topics and research. I got enough participants for my own two surveys that I would definitely use it again. For me, the most transparent and fair platform for sharing surveys. And great support when I had questions. Thanks SurveyCircle!

Great experience advertising my survey on this platform. I managed to recruit 100 participants quite easily, you just need to take a lot of surveys to climb up in the ranking. And I liked the fact you could actually choose which surveys to take part in. One thing that could be improved for data integrity would be to only show users surveys they are actually eligible for, maybe by using a pre-screener, but still great concept. Also, customer service is absolutely superb! Thank you!
