Jonas and the team have also been very helpful and have responded very quickly to my emails whenever I have had any questions. Nearly all responses were thoughtful and thorough, with less than 10 (out of 200) deemed invalid due to careless responding. And SurveyCircle readily reimbursed me for those duds! Additionally, customer service was professional, friendly, and fast.

Time consuming, but absolutely worth it Okay, it takes hours and days to collect enough points to get to the top of the rankings. But I learned a lot about how other students design surveys and I would say that I was able to improve my own surveys considerably. And I also gained interesting insights into other topics and research. I got enough participants for my own two surveys that I would definitely use it again. For me, the most transparent and fair platform for sharing surveys. And great support when I had questions. Thanks SurveyCircle!
