The website is well structured, simple to navigate, and the instructions are clear at every stage, which made the whole process feel straightforward rather than overwhelming. I was able to collect around 90% of my survey responses through the platform, which was incredibly helpful for my research. SurveyCircle is a great way to get much needed participants for your surveys. I had a great experience using it. It operates on a reciprocal model at the moment - you do other people's surveys to get points and vice versa. Those points can move your survey up (so more people see it and people get more points doing your survey). Super easy to use interface. Great customer support. Definitely recommend - especially for students!

Life saver! Survey Circle has been the best tool to share my survey and recruit participants for my doctoral research where it helped me to collect most of the responses on a very low budget. It is trustworthy, reliable, valid, easy, accurate, transparent, with a super responsive team. However, it is recommeneded that Survey Circle extend its capacity and representation in the middle east and Arab countries as I believe it will have a great impact on the academic and market researchers; it will help many students who are on a budget to overcome a serious challenge and reach the target population for their study as well as companies and business owners.

Nearly all responses were thoughtful and thorough, with less than 10 (out of 200) deemed invalid due to careless responding. And SurveyCircle readily reimbursed me for those duds! Additionally, customer service was professional, friendly, and fast.
