SurveyCircle is an excellent tool that's easy to use. I wanted to top up my participant numbers and I got good quality responses and a larger number of responses than I expected. I've enjoyed completing other people's surveys and contributing to research through mutual support. The customer service is very good and the marketing support to raise awareness of your survey is an added bonus.

Great platform to generate and exchange participants for research surveys. Big pool of available surveys with all important information on one page before starting. SurveyCircle is also free for up to 100 participants and quite cheap afterwards for additional slots. They have helped me big time with my master thesis. Would definitely recommend!

Great Service. I collected a medium sized sample for a study on romantic relationships. Since my eligibility criteria were rather restrictive, I did not expect to get that many participants from SC. It worked out really well regardless and the quality of the data was better than that of data collected through Facebook (i.e. the ratio of complete vs. incomplete answers was twice as large). Slight drawback will probably be the very selective sample you get from using research exchange platforms. But considering the selection bias associated with recruiting online, academics (or so-called WEIRD people) are more likely to respond to free online studies anyway. Regardless, a quick way to get data of decent quality. So overall, I can only give out a straight-forward recommendation.

No struggle finding survey participants I have struggled before finding enough participants for surveys that I needed to do for University projects. The concept that SurveyCircle relies on is a great one - now, for my master's thesis I found: - 180 participants - who've passed all attention checks (mostly only motivated & honest participants on the platform) - in 3 weeks - with a super friendly support team that also helps you along the way (you get extra slots, if you can't use some data, because of participants who didn't pass the attention checks). I highly recommend this platform!

The website is well structured, simple to navigate, and the instructions are clear at every stage, which made the whole process feel straightforward rather than overwhelming. I was able to collect around 90% of my survey responses through the platform, which was incredibly helpful for my research. I also really enjoyed filling out other surveys and learning about new topics. In my opinion, the likelihood of poor-quality data does increase, but even after filtering out a lot of data points, I still benefited significantly from SurveyCircle.
