Time consuming, but absolutely worth it Okay, it takes hours and days to collect enough points to get to the top of the rankings. But I learned a lot about how other students design surveys and I would say that I was able to improve my own surveys considerably. And I also gained interesting insights into other topics and research. I got enough participants for my own two surveys that I would definitely use it again. For me, the most transparent and fair platform for sharing surveys. And great support when I had questions. Thanks SurveyCircle!

Helpful and supportive platform, great customer service It is a great platform for students to help fill out each other's surveys. The more surveys you fill in, the more points you get, hence when you post your own survey you will rank higher and will be more visible while others get more points too filling in yours. We used it for our startup market research and it has been very useful, we even upgraded once we reached the 100 response limit. Customer service is excellent too!

Great experience advertising my survey on this platform. I managed to recruit 100 participants quite easily, you just need to take a lot of surveys to climb up in the ranking. And I liked the fact you could actually choose which surveys to take part in. One thing that could be improved for data integrity would be to only show users surveys they are actually eligible for, maybe by using a pre-screener, but still great concept. Also, customer service is absolutely superb! Thank you!

SurveyCircle is an excellent tool that's easy to use. I wanted to top up my participant numbers and I got good quality responses and a larger number of responses than I expected. I've enjoyed completing other people's surveys and contributing to research through mutual support. The customer service is very good and the marketing support to raise awareness of your survey is an added bonus.

So grateful for SurveyCircle! I could never have collected so many survey responses without SurveyCircle. Overall, I had a really good experience and found SurveyCircle very helpful. Some things to be aware of if you're thinking about using it: (1) there are things you can do that will have a significant impact on how many survey responses you get (e.g. some of the biggest ones are that you do need to take a lot of other people's surveys and get a lot of points before you start getting a lot of responses coming in, and also if your survey's too long, it's likely to get less responses); and (2) you will get some responses where people clearly answered very hastily and didn't fill it out properly (e.g. straight-lining scales in your survey), so you should probably have clear-cut criteria ready to use to exclude certain survey responses for when people have clearly just sped through it without answering it properly, which would screw up the validity of your study if you have enough of those responses in there. So what I would say is that if you're aware of some of the limitations and challenges of SurveyCircle and willing to navigate those, it is worth using for many types of survey and can be a very useful tool. Just go in with your eyes wide open and try to use a strategy to get the most out of it. Also, please, please, please, when you're answering other people's surveys to get points so your survey can get more responses, take the time to do it properly. DON'T just rush through it and not answer properly. Answer it how you'd want people to answer yours. I was saddened by how common it is for people to just rush through the survey in like 2 minutes and not even answer things properly (e.g. straight-lining and stuff like that). Don't be one of those people. If everyone did it like that, the platform would have no usefulness whatsoever. So just answer people's surveys properly.

Safety measures are also set in place to ensure quality responses. Highly recommended. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that direct emails tend to take a while to get a response, however contact through the website itself is fast.
