I can highly recommend Survey Circle as a platform! We managed to get participants for our survey quickly and without any problems. I liked how you can select a region to better target the participants needed for your survey. The customer service was also very friendly and quick in replying.

This website was really helpful to find people for my target audience. I'll admit I had to do many surveys to get to the top (about 100 of them), but this system worked better in my opinion that the "karma" system on SurveySwap, where you constantly had to complete surveys to gain points, which were then taken from you. At least on SurveyCircle I kept the points I earned. Within a week I got 100 participants, I'll clean my data soon and see how many are usable. I noticed some of them were not filled in properly, but customer service was very helpful and quick in replacing the slots I had left.

The website is amazing and genuine! I’ve been collecting data for over a year, and once I made an account on survey circle (and filled other’s surveys consistently) I’ve gained more than a hundred responses in less than a month!! Wish I knew it sooner.

Great platform for collecting data and also great support at all times! I got the majority of my data (n=178) in two weeks using SurveyCircle by being ranked under the top 20 and the survey was 10-12 minutes. I think it is probably harder to get participants with surveys that take more time to finish. It was also helpful to participate in other surveys to get "inspiration" for my own survey. I can recommend to get family and friends to support in order to get more points. I think as some participants only want to collect a lot of points in a short time, the data quality should be tested (eg with test question).

SurveyCircle is an excellent tool that's easy to use. I wanted to top up my participant numbers and I got good quality responses and a larger number of responses than I expected. I've enjoyed completing other people's surveys and contributing to research through mutual support. The customer service is very good and the marketing support to raise awareness of your survey is an added bonus.

SurveyCircle ist wirklich das beste Umfragenportal, welches einem die Möglichkeit bietet, ganz einfach und schnell Teilnehmer für seine Studien zu generieren. Die Nutzung ist ziemlich einfach und fair. SurveyCircle erleichtert einem somit wirklich das lange und ständige Suchen nach Teilnehmern. Zudem ist der Support einfach nur super! The website is well structured, simple to navigate, and the instructions are clear at every stage, which made the whole process feel straightforward rather than overwhelming. I was able to collect around 90% of my survey responses through the platform, which was incredibly helpful for my research. I would definitely recommend SurveyCircle to other students and researchers looking for an efficient and supportive way to recruit participants.

Overall, I had a really good experience and found SurveyCircle very helpful. Some things to be aware of if you're thinking about using it: (1) there are things you can do that will have a significant impact on how many survey responses you get (e.g. some of the biggest ones are that you do need to take a lot of other people's surveys and get a lot of points before you start getting a lot of responses coming in, and also if your survey's too long, it's likely to get less responses); and (2) you will get some responses where people clearly answered very hastily and didn't fill it out properly (e.g. straight-lining scales in your survey), so you should probably have clear-cut criteria ready to use to exclude certain survey responses for when people have clearly just sped through it without answering it properly, which would screw up the validity of your study if you have enough of those responses in there. So what I would say is that if you're aware of some of the limitations and challenges of SurveyCircle and willing to navigate those, it is worth using for many types of survey and can be a very useful tool. Just go in with your eyes wide open and try to use a strategy to get the most out of it. Also, please, please, please, when you're answering other people's surveys to get points so your survey can get more responses, take the time to do it properly. DON'T just rush through it and not answer properly. Answer it how you'd want people to answer yours. I was saddened by how common it is for people to just rush through the survey in like 2 minutes and not even answer things properly (e.g. straight-lining and stuff like that). Don't be one of those people. If everyone did it like that, the platform would have no usefulness whatsoever. So just answer people's surveys properly.
